Is Tesla Playing with Lives by Pushing Autonomous Vehicles before They're Ready?

Tesla has been involved in a number of high-profile accidents involving their autopilot feature. Moreover, Elon Musk has been promising fully-autonomous driving since 2015, originally stating it would be ready for prime time in 2018. So far, no luck, yet they are still selling their autopilot upgrades to customers. All of this has led to immense pressure for the Tesla AV team and high turnover rates for those involved. There have been suggestions that Tesla isn't taking safety seriously and causing engineers to quit to work for other firms who are doing things "the right way."

Check out the episode as we take a close look at Tesla, their practices, and what has gotten them to this state.
