I agree with you giantbear, first find out what something is about before deciding it is a scam. This is done by very well educated people, and their whitepaper will tell you exactly what this is about. They have excellent reputations and helping the younger children who never stand a chance as they are not known. Some come from very small towns and are missed. These children will only be in a win-win situation.
