OMG -- It's so overwhelming and confusing with all of the options.
I have to completely wipe my laptop and start over with the proper foundations..
In your experience, what is the best full service software out there that can do everything from virus protection to malware to hacking, etc? Is there a software like that or am I better off using a combination of softwares for best effect?
What is the best way to completely be sure that my hard drive is completely clean and ready to start again? What do I need to know when doing this process of going back to completely clean laptop like day I pulled it out of the box?
Also, what's the process of installing the new protection software RIGHT from the get go after cleaning up.. what's the first thing I do after reboot? Install the new software and run it? And then begin re-downloading and installing programs and browsers, etc?
What other tips might you have for this process .. besides stopping the porn!!!!
I would really appreciate if you could share in comment any resources if you know of a link, website, etc that is really really good at describing the process I will need to go through. And, of course, I'd love to hear about your personal experiences and expertise if you have the time to share!

Keep your system and software up to date
You need a full back-up solution like carbonite or premium dropbox, that will sync your files and have a rollback feature.
Make sure your firewall is turned on.
These three things will do most of what you need
