Cars Of Future - Detroit Car Show 😮

In todays post, I'm going to talk about the latest International car show held in Detroit, North America where various Mega-Car-Manufacturers, previewed there latest range of new concept cars-vision of the future of auto industry, although there were fewer models than expected-maybe because such vehicles are both time consuming and expensive to develop. Digital dashboard, green-fuel and autonomous features were theme for the show. Some of the amazing new concept cars are as follows :-

1. An autonomous Truck

Although, the car show is about cars but there was also an autonomous concept truck, showed off by Einride-swedish transportation startup. They point out how truck are the major reason for greenhouse gas emission, as a large amount of goods are travel by road and truck play the significant role in the transportation, so if we need to minimize the greenhouse gas emission then we have to first make those trucks greener.

The T-pod is an electric truck with 200kwh battery which can provide a crossover about 124 miles in a single charge. It's about 7m long and can hold 15 standard pallets but has no windows and perhaps no room for a driver to sit.

2. The Infiniti Q Inspiration

Infiniti, a luxury vehicle division of Japanese automaker Nissan, provided a glimpse of Japanese future saloon cars with there new Infiniti Q Inspiration. The car is packed with latest techs such as digital dashboard and new ProPilot autonomous driving system, which includes many option for motorway driving. The car is not an electric car despite Nissan obsession to such vehicles.

3. GAC Enverge

GAC, the Chinese auto-manufacturer revealed there new electric car Enverge, powered by 71kwh battery, which provided a crossover about 370 miles in a single charge. The car is packed with some of awesome attractive feature such as digital dashboard and gull-wing doors. But, the thing which made this car a lot more attractive its headlight-which can be slide out and detach to be used as floodlight.

4. Lexus LF-1 Limitless

Lexus, a luxury vehicle division of Japanese automaker Toyota, unveiled there new SUV (Sports Utility Vehicles) LF-1 Limitless, designed to accept all range of engine from fuel-cell, hybrid, plug-in hybrid and electric. But, the main point of its attraction is its "Four-dimensional navigation system, which anticipates destination based on driver's schedule and other information with the help of an intelligent assistant.

5. Nissan Xmotion

Nissan Xmotion is the result of a designing challenge to show the future look of SUV, this car is the perfect combination of Japanese culture and American convenience. This car contains seven digital screen and it the brainchild of Nissan's new chief designer Alfonso Albaisa (shown in above photo).

6. Honda Insight

Honda, a Japanese automaker unveiled its new third-generation Insight. This car is a hybrid, which can travel short distances on battery power alone. Unlike some of its rivals, the Honda engine often acts as a generator, recharging battery to run the electric motor. This car will go on dale in the second half of 2018.
