I would like to have a hover bike to avoid heavy trafic! Thanks for article!

Indeed mind blowing technologies...but the only bigger question is how much expenditure on military is good for the society?

Here's a hint, if war is still happening, then we're not spending enough.

Wow, this is so cool! Never had any idea most of this existed. Thanks for the post!

Awesome!
But you forgot about them lasers.
High power mega-watt lasers are being developed that can melt incoming missiles in 1.5-2.5 seconds.

Wow! That's cool!

Definitely mind blowing. In the wrong hands, the magic bullets and the robot gun are a bit worrisome. The hoverbike, and the augmented reality eyeware are just really cool. The brain-computer interface seems like it has amazing potential for both good and harm. I certainly like the idea of curing Parkinson's disease, but as it becomes more powerful and communications flow in both directions, the potential for abuse must also be considered.

I guess there's a reason why we have a millenia-old cliche about the double-edged sword.

Then you'd just have to avoid being shot down by the military (Unidentified Bogie).

But what if I want to fly my Iron Man suit near war zones?

I'm waiting for organic neurochips and chips that can be implanted by breathing in or injecting. I guess that NSA also waiting for those time to come. Someone can say it's impossible but this is our bright future folks.
