Rules are what stop us from becoming animals, but when the rules are corrupt and the system is rigged against you, you eventually resort to animal like instincts of survival. Of course we all hope this doesn't happen. Central planning seeks to control and eventually destroys, but monopolies within a capitalist system also snuff out competition from the little guy.
It is a careful balance that we all strive for, and thankfully the pendulum swings. Passive income is great so long as it is not granted by government as a "universal income". Steemit has an opportunity to provide real, decentralized passive income to people who simply engage with one another, share ideas, and learn from one another. I hope this platform thrives on this.
Sure. My point is , it is impossible to have a truly free market if the participants don't have equal chances to win. Therefore we need a bottom up approach instead of the omnipresent top down approach of our society. You know what I mean?
Yes I do. Blockchain technology seems to be the best facilitator of a bottom up approach.
