Windows logo key secrets! Save time & money!

Hello everyone,

There are a lot of secrets related to the keyboard keys including Windows Logo Key. In general keyboard shortcuts can save your time and if you are from those who care about time, spend your time on your PC working and your time equals money, you of course will enjoy this post.

Here are some useful shortcuts:

1- Win + M

This shortcut minimizes all open windows immediately instead of minimizing them one by one. To reverse the action of this shortcut use (Win + Shift + M)

2- Win + L

This shortcut will lock the computer so you can switch between users quickly.

3- Win + Tab

This shortcut is similar to (Alt + Tab) shortcut, their action is to switch between open windows. But what makes (Win + Tab) better is that it do that in a beautiful way. After using it many times, your will discover that you switch between the windows faster than using the mouse.

4- Win + T

This shortcut is similar to (Win + Tab) shortcut but the difference is that this shortcut switches between Taskbar icons and windows, try it now.

5- Win + (+/-)

This shortcut is similar to Ctrl + (+) shortcut which maximizes opened window or enlarges the text in it if the program support that shortcut. But Win + (+) maximizes the entire Windows screen by opening the Magnifier which enables you to magnify any part of the screen by hovering the mouse over it.

6- Win + (1-9)

This shortcut opens the window in the Taskbar that takes the number you typed. For example, if you press Win + 5, it opens the window that takes the number five in order. The Taskbar pinned icons also take numbers so with this shortcut, you can open a program not only switching between windows.

7- Win + Spacebar

Now try to click on Win logo key and the Spacebar together and hold them. You will find that the desktop appears behind all open windows and when you leave the keys, you will be back to the window where you were. Some of us want to see something, file name on the desktop without going to it, This shortcut will be useful to you. It is worth mentioning that you can go to the desktop by clicking on the small box at the far right of the screen on the Taskbar next to the clock.
