From the 7th generation, Intel's "Core" processor computer series has now stepped into the next generation. 8th generation Core processor is claimed to bring increased performance compared to previous generations.
The 8th generation Core processor series from Intel debuted in the form of four mobile chip models for laptops, the Core i7-8650U, Core i7-8550U, i5-8350U, and i5-8250U. All four have a CPU with four processing cores (quad-core).
Intel claims a new mobile processor version that will have this Coffee Lake code will perform with performance up to 40 percent higher than previous generation processors. Meanwhile, when compared with devices that are aged five years, the difference in performance to two-fold.
The new 8th Generation Intel Core Processor will be present for mobile devices like 2 in 1 laptops and notebooks. While the desktop version will be present later this year.
In Indonesia Acer launched three new types of laptops, namely Swift 3, Spin 5, and Aspire E5-476. All three are present with the latest Intel Core 8th generation processor. And it became the first launch of the 8th generation of intel in Indonesia.
