Wow , there is lot to answer. I am combining everything in this single response so you can find info at one place.

I've read number of posts related to that crypto and Im just wondering how possibly would it affect job market. Wont be there thousands developers and programmers losing their jobs ?

I think situation will be reversed as we will be able to get more talent pool of specific area. for example,
lets assume you are not a programmer and you want to build an app for your business. what will you do ?
you can do one of the following.

Contact any particular company and give them a contract.
go to sites that provide freelancing services like freelancer , upwork etc...
Find couple of developers and give them contract.

Now if you decide to go with above options (which is in most of the case in current market) your entire product will be developed by specific company or limited freelances that you hired.
with crowd machine you can will be able to breakdown your app into different components and let developers build components in which they have expertise.
along with that after building your app you will be able to make profit by making your app's components usable by other developers.

Or is demand huge enough to provide jobs for all those people. What do you think?

As the technology progresses i guess jobs will be available to higher talents as this will probably reduce demand lover level expertise.

Are you personally a programmer/developer ?

I am a QA Engineer and mostly work with automation frameworks like selenium , Protractor , Robert , Jmeter etc..

I haven't tried their beta version. (I am occupied in too much work at the moment)

I wonder how difficult it will be now to try to learn crowd machine. Im thinking about getting back to programming as I see huge demand growing for solid developers. My value would be probably quite decent considering the fact that I managed medium sized business for few years (which means that I know how to talk "human". Which is great advantage comparing to regular programmers) :D

Not that much difficult i guess. according to their white-paper app is specifically design such a way so that both technical and non-technical persons will be able to use it.

I wish there would be more advanced notification system developed by steemit.

Most of all: what advantage Crowd Machine has over their direct competition (https://dadi.cloud)? DADI is already listed on coinmarketcap.com for quite some time (and available on KuCoin).
