Planet Computers introduced Gemini at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES). The campaign to raise funds for the production of smartphones with a keyboard has been running since April 2017, the project managed to attract about $ 1.35 million.
According to the developers, Gemini should help users get rid of the virtual keyboard, which takes up half the screen.
When folded, the Gemini does not differ in size from a regular smartphone and fits in your pocket. The screen diagonal is 5.99 inches with a resolution of Full HD, the device runs on a MediaTek Helio X27 processor with 10 cores and 4 GB of RAM.
The smartphone is also equipped with a battery of 4220 mAh and two USB-ports. Gemini can run on both Android and Linux, and the device itself is available in two versions: with a possible connection to Wi-Fi or LTE.
The cost of a "mini notebook" on pre-order for Indiegogo is $ 399.
