From what I have researched and all the leaked papers on this device. If your battery is in your phone(could be off) they can access it. NSA and the like have the power to get into anything. It's messed up. Very Orwellian

    That blows. So i'd basically need to shield it and only have it out when i use it... Not practical. Super orwellian.
