or... why waste energy and cloud perception with fear, when one could simply have a clear conscious outlook on the fact of reality that there are aspects to government to be consciously aware of and plan diligently and strategically to ensure successful navigation where around their obstacles might lie?
or, no need for fear at all. and believing their a need for one might only dumb one down, diverting focus from what's needed to engage effectively with the realities of a situation with full-acknowledgement any entity has its positives and negatives - and the negatives may be successfully dealt with far more powerfully from a stance of neutrality and strategic insight than fearful belief.
