STEEM WITNESS
I recently learned about being a #witness on #Steem! After doing some research, I decided to begin the process to set up my own Linux Server. Recently, I went out and purchased an I5 Quad Core Laptop with 8 gb of ram for about 200 Dollars. I will utilize this laptop to provide the blockchain with Delegated Proof of Stake, or DPOS. What I like about this concept is it isn't about mining, its about validation.
Why should that1consultant be a Witness?
I have a background in Network Engineering and Server Administration. I am currently an employed Sr. Sys Admin in the State that I currently reside in. I know Linux Server Administration like the back of my hand! My experience will allow me to easily run a reliable Node.
I will begin creating my Server later on this evening and will update the Steem Community on my progress! I also plan to let each user know what my ROI looks like after three months of hosting the server. This way, if anyone else in the community BELIEVES in Steem the way I do and wants to maintain a Server at a profit, they will have a sort of idea as to what they are getting into.
