I'd guess from his accent AJ is an Aussie or Kiwi so maybe their healthcare system runs better than the one here in the US. I don't know if that kind of life-changing medicine could compete with Erectile Dysfunction for R&D funding.
My thanks to you for acknowledging your own intellectual growth, I'd like to think that comes with age but it doesn't appear to be guaranteed. I'm 55 & followed all the crackpot conspiracy theory shit too in my younger days.
