- Surf the web for more than 4 hours daily and yet crave more time. (Measure it by spending quality time)
- Feel Empty, Depressed or irritated when not at P.C , Laptop or smart phone
- Want to stop surfing but cannot
- Experience Dry eyes, carpal tunnel syndrome, migraines, backaches. Irregular appetite, sleep disturbances and moodiness, irritability or restlessness when not online.
Tips to beat Internet or Computer addiction
- Tweak your routine to avoid computer frequently. (don't sit idle on internet)
- Do Something else when you feel the urge to be online.
- Plan and regulate time you spend online with a timer
- Increase your social activities.
- Join a Support, therapy or Personal skills group to face people more confidently
- Consider Individual counselling or Therapy

@senatorsage I'm glad it helpful to you brother... Addiction of anything is give our power, happiness to other but itcan be controlled if you do meditation daily 20 mins(You gain self control ). Otherwise movie "matrix" we all have seen. we gonna be slave of machines.
