An external skeleton of 4.5 meters in length and 3600 kilograms weight, which can be controlled by a person and can reach speeds up to 20 mph, was introduced.
When a prosthesis is called, the first thing that comes to mind is probably the prostheses of the limb, such as the hands and feet. According to a company named Furrion, this name means very different meanings. The company introduced a 4.5-meter giant robot called Prostesis with a weight of 3620 kg. The video, in which a person entered the pilot and controlled the prosthesis in this way, was given the message that such machines could be used in future races. It is now clear that the device, which has a prototype, can reach 20 miles per hour and thus provide power for 1 hour.
Explaining that it is not a robot, it is an external skeleton that should be a driver, Furrion predicts a fleet of such prostheses in the future. This fleet can be used for recreational purposes such as racing, or the advanced versions can also be used for military purposes.
Furion has been famous for producing high-end and luxury electronic devices since 2004. Introduced prosthesis is expected to serve the same purpose. It is not known at what time the device will be sold and how much it will be sold out, but it is thought that very few people will demand it even if the product is offered for sale.
