Uber just sold it's China business to rival competitor Didi Chixiung for a 20% stake in the company:

And Apple recently invested $1 billion in Didi's taxi business, turning heads because the company is working on a car, codenamed Project Titan:

Apple is clearly up to something in cars. Morgan Stanley analysts are predicting the Didi investment won’t be Apple’s last, and in a review of Apple’s R&S spending found that from 2013 to 2015, Apple put more money into autos than the top 14 automakers combined: $5 billion vs $192 million. (Tesla, which is not one of the top 14, spent $144 million.)

China is pioneering the advancement of autonomous flying vehicles, interesting times.

Uber itself is working on an autonomous car project. So what happens to that

I think we could still see that in the States, but Uber doesn't like to own cars yet and may be hard to start manufacturing in China? Don't know

I used to depend on various taxi services as I don't have a car, but after discovering Uber it became my preferred choice. I appreciate the opportunity to choose a car for different classes according to my budget. The drivers are always friendly and make every trip pleasant. Also, the app gives me complete control over my trip, which I really appreciate. You can learn more about this by uber phone number here. Although the service generally runs smoothly, problems may occur from time to time. In such cases, the best approach is to contact customer support.
