I didn't know this.

Foods
Floss first before brushing your teeth and this allows the fluoride when bruising to coat the teeth in between them.

Brushing first means when you floss you are not having full fluoride teeth coverage.

i just repeated myself lol.

    Yes, I was mind blown when the dentist told me my routine was out of whack, brush then floss? Nah wrong... Floss then brush...
