I've been running this for a while without a lot of promoting and eventually I ran out of "payment points" so even though I have plenty of gems that could be withdrawn for BTC, I'm not able too because of the "payment points" balance being too low. It seems the only way to get those points is either to deposit BTC yourself or maybe when your referrals do. It did work, I'm not claiming it doesn't but it does seem like it eventually "runs out" on you after a while.
