Bad news is that if you start responding to your interviewer with the wrong word, you will come across as arrogant and condescending--even if you are a prominent business leader.

AVOID THIS COMMON MISTAKE YOU WILL HEAR FREQUENTLY
I've noticed that most media guests must not have benefited from media coaching before they went onto the air, because so many of them make the same destructive mistake--with their very first word!

And I'm not just talking about media novices. I see veteran politicians and business leaders use this highly offensive word to begin their answers.

My two-minute video explains:

I'll bet that you have heard media guests use other opening words in their replies that practically made your skin crawl.

Tell us other image-shattering words to avoid when we're on the air. I will welcome your replies!
