They're having a "poutine fest" here in Perth, Western Australia on Saturday... all the local food trucks that sell poutine are gathering in one spot for a battle/festival.
I checked, and at least one of them is using real curds, with brown gravy (St Hubert's) imported from Quebec.
I'd wear my mountie uniform down if it still fit (too much poutine)
