Well I don't have to tell you all the elbow tendinitis can be a real bitch. In my own case I have been dealing with constant tennis elbow for over six months. It has affected everything from my work to my ability to do Daily tasks even affecting my relationships and bank account. Unfortunately my years Daily tasks even affecting my relationships and bank account. Unfortunately my years working as a physical labourer have taken their toll... I know many keyboard warriors suffer from tendinitis as well. Fear not for I am about to give you a simple step-by-step process to eliminate this plague.
Step one- two weeks of rest. I know this is easier said than done but one must take the step seriously
Step two- heat pack twice a day for 10 minutes every day. No cold!
Step three- wrist curls both flexion and extension beginning with a 1 pound dumbbell and slowly working your way up in
Weight. Two seconds up two seconds down.
Step four- Finger extension. Place an elastic band around your semi closed hand. Simply extend your fingers. One set of 10 reps
Everyday.
That's it. Follow the simple protocol religiously for three months and watch your elbow tendinitis disappear.
