Problem tree is a term often found in program design activities.

This is one of the strategies to determine the source - source of the problem or situation at that time before an activity implemented, very clear this strategy aims to find the main problem so that it can be done solving the problem itself.

This problem is likened to a Tree, because every tree must have Roots, Tree Trunk, and Dahan and Leaves, flowers and fruit.

his judgment is:

  1. Leaves and Fruit are the impacts that arise from the problem
  2. Tree and Trunk Tree are examples as triggers of the impact / effect of the problem.
  3. And Root Trees are the main problems of the consequences.

Assessment of the tree Problems start from top to bottom regularly by looking at the Cause-effect relationship of each point of the problem.

Thus, the problem solving process is more focused on the root of the problem and becomes a priority to solve.
