I saw that email and had a bad reaction; turns out they accept the wallet I already use, no biggie

It says that it's sent from Electrum but it doesn't show up at Bitpay. Do you have to wait for the Blocktrades transaction to conform before you draw against it?
did you send it to the Bitpay address from Electrum?
Yes. I opened up my Bitpay account went to add funds and then sent it to the address given. Go to chat if you have a minute- I'll give you my phone number and you can give me a call tomorrow if you would.
