The reason I'm commenting here, is it's unlikely to get viewed by anyone but you. So me and a friend were talking about this whole flagging bonanza, and the more I thought about it, the whole one percent and hitting everyone seems an odd thing. Like a statement of some kind. It doesn't hurt anyone, but it does take the stigma effect away a bit. Now I see that you're following the mighty hole. Coincidence? I think not, lol. I haven't told anyone my summation, I don't want people coming down on, well you. If I am barking up the right tree, hit me on chat. I'd love to hear your mindset. And I will keep it between us. I'll even delete this comment.

I wasn't sure what to make of it either..
My mind points towards a psychological warfare aspect with the party in question trying to perhaps get rid of flags being displayed on the front end or some other purpose.
It does in fact have a psychological stigma atatched to it as well. No one likes being flagged.. even if it is 1% flags.
I'm merely giving them the attention they desire while showing them I have a watch on their account. It's symbolic as well as my own brand of psy op. :)
Ah, gotcha. It might make people wonder if it's you though, I admit it crossed my mind. Difference with me is that I wouldn't have been upset about it. Hope no one makes that connection and gets angry haha! I'll back you up ;)
I'm not responsible for @asshole sadly. :/
LOL, sadly, that's funny.
