We worked on this large Lagoon Pool remodel this week. This pool created many challenges due to its shape and size. It had a pre-molded spa with a waterfall that flowed into the main swimming area. It also had a sitting area on one side of the pool. The pool had been leaking water for some time so are initial clean-up took some time.
The pool was in pretty rough shape when we started. Two of the lines were plugged up with leaves, so pool had no flow.
Due to the previous leaks, there was several places that needed floor work.
Completed floor work, acid washed steps and spa overflow, removed diving board, and cleaned up rock coping. My crew of David Parker, Rick Parker, and Shane Myers did an awesome job.
Installation of new vinyl, new gaskets, new faceplates, new chrome light rings. We filled pool, added 800 pounds of salt for the Hayward 40k salt system, got all the lines flowing properly, and balanced the water. The pool looked awesome upon completion. The home owners were really excited with the results.
I can see why they were happy. That's a pretty nice transformation.
