วันนี้ผมมีเรื่อง อยากจะเน้นถึง สิ่งที่ผม ได้สังเกตเห็น ในชุมชนไทย ในฐานะที่เป็น ผู้
ก่อตั้งชุมชน ผมจะคอยหาวิธีเสมอ..ว่าจะทำอย่างไร จึงจะพัฒนาชุมชนเรา ทำอย่าง
ไร ให้สมาชิกในชุมชน มีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้น รวมไปถึงเรื่องอื่นๆ และจากที่ได้ลองเช็คบัญ
ชีของสมาชิกดู ก็หวนให้ ประหลาดใจยิ่งนัก เมื่อพบว่า มีสมาชิกหลายท่าน ที่ไม่เคย
ใช้พลังโหวต หรือไม่เคย โหวตให้เพื่อน ๆ คนอื่น ๆเลย ทั้งๆที่ เข้ามาใช้งานที่แพลต
ฟอร์ม แห่งนี้ ได้หลายเดือนแล้ว อยากจะให้ ทุกท่าน ได้ทราบว่า นี่ถือว่า เป็นปัญหา
ใหญ่ มากเลยครับ สมาชิกกลุ่มนี้ ไม่มีส่วนร่วม ในการร่วมสร้าง ความยั่งยืน ให้กับชุม
ชน พวกเขาเหล่านี้ เพียงแค่โพสต์ และ รอให้คิวรี่ (Curie) หรือ รอให้เพื่อนๆ สมาชิก
คนอื่นๆมาโหวตให้ ซึ่งพฤติกรรมแบบนี้ ไม่เป็นผลดี กับชุมชนเลยเนื่องจากไม่ได้ใช้
พลังโหวตของตนเอง เพื่อการแบ่งปันสู่ส่วนรวม ปล่อยให้พลังโหวตหลับใหลอยู่ใน
บัญชี โดยเปล่าประโยชน์ ผมอยากจะบอก กับบุคคลกลุ่มนี้ว่า คิวรี่ (Curie) นั้นไม่ได้
คอยให้บริการ เหมือนบอตโหวต ทีมงานจะให้ความสำคัญ กับเฉพาะเพื่อนสมาชิกที่
มีส่วนร่วม และตั้งใจ นำสิ่งดีๆ สู่ชุมชนเท่านั้น
ดังนั้น กรุณาใช้พลังโหวต ของท่าน อย่างน้อย 20% ในแต่ละวัน (สามารถตรวจสอบ
พลังโหวตของท่าน ได้ที่ https://steemnow.com/@ชื่อบัญชีของคุณในการที่ท่าน
โหวตวันละ 20 - 30% ของพลังโหวตทุกวัน ท่านก็จะเพิ่มรายได้ ให้กับตัวเองและชุม
ชน ไปพร้อมๆกัน ทั้งนี้ หากท่านใด ไม่สะดวก ที่จะต้อง คอยมาอัพโหวต โพสต์ของ
สมาชิกท่านอื่นๆทุกวัน วันละหลายๆโพสต์ ท่านก็สามารถ มอบอำนาจ พลังโหวตชั่ว
คราว (Delegate) ให้กับ @thaiteam เพื่อใช้พลังโหวตของท่าน ที่หลับใหลอยู่ โดย
ไร้ประโยชน์ ให้เกิดประโยชน์ ต่อชุมชน ส่วนรวม และถ้าหากท่านใดไม่อยากมอบอำ
นาจ ไม่อยากมีส่วนร่วม กับชุมชน แค่ส่งโพสต์ แล้วรอให้ผู้อื่น มาโหวตให้อย่างเดียว
ทางทีมงาน ก็ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ ที่จะไม่โหวตให้คุณ จนกว่าจะมี การปรับพฤติกรรมการมี
ส่วนร่วม ต่อชุมชน หากท่านใด สนใจ อยากมอบ พลังโหวตชั่วคราว ให้กับ ไทยทีมก็

และอีกเรื่องหนึ่ง ผมอยากใคร่ขอ ความร่วมมือ ในการกรอกข้อมูล ของสมาชิกชุมชน

กรณีที่มีการ เปลี่ยนแปลงใหญ่ ในชุมชน ซึ่งอาจมีการ เปลี่ยนบัญชี ทางเรา จะได้ใช้
ข้อมูล ในฐานข้อมูล สมาชิกดังกล่าว เพื่อติดต่อ และ ให้การช่วยเหลือ เจ้าของบัญชี

Thank you, @alexwonderful, it is OK for the first post to upvote newcomers because we all know when you first arrive you don't really understand the rules, I do it as a kind of welcome gift to encourage them to go further. But those who are here long and just come once a day to post and never even read the news about the community and never upvote other are the one that we are targeting because their voting power can be useful to the community, so if they don't want to use it at least delegate it to the community via @thaiteam so it will be a win win output. Yes, after a few posts if some are still don't get it and especially when it is for the general interest. So it is time to get them understand one way or another.

To get a chance to be rewarded you need to make some good post (no copy, spam ) always use the tag thai in your tag (best if in first position tag). Thank you, @mcmonkey, some people just want to take and not give even if giving make them richer. Some just think by upvoting they get less money because they never read about what voting is. But I am happy to say this is not the biggest part of our community :)

The biggest part of Thais are voting but maybe 20% are not. They lose money to not voting and now they will lose our support if they don't change.Thank You.
