Commonly know as gai palo in Thai, this stew is seasoned to be slightly sweet with an aroma of cinnamon. I posted a few months ago about kai palo, which only has eggs, pork & tofu. It's normally eaten with rice and popular for breakfast in Thailand.
When chicken is used, the pork is normally taken out and the tofu still remains. I've loved this dish since I came to Thailand as a very young adult.
My mother made this quite often in my childhood. So delicious :)
That's awesome, me too, now I make it for my grandkids and so on. I don't think these recipes will ever go away :) That's for stopping by and upvoting. Have an incredible week!
Yes, I hope someday my grandchildren will get to experience the foods I grew up with too. :) Keep up the lovely posts, and have a great day!
Amazing...from the looks of it......its gonna be one heck of a delicacy. Though in my country it would have been referred to as soup.
Would love to taste some of the soups there too :) Thanks for coming by and upvoting. Have a great week!
