I just simply love this simple salad. You have buttered scallops, fresh vegetables and the dressing of your choice. The outcome is a pure blissful taste. I tend not to even use any salad dressing because of the flavoring in the buttered scallops.

I visit The Salad Factory twice a month but have been traveling for the past 4 months so you can imagine my delight. It's a trendy restaurant that's perfect for families and the health-conscious crowd. I'm a super huge scallop lover so this dish is straight up my alleyway.

I tend to be the carnivorous type from time to time so at my age, it's always great to keep it healthy most meals. Plus, how could anyone turn down buttered scallops?
