This is my approach to everything I am doing at school right now. Being a combat vet and former law enforcement officer in a classroom with people fresh out of high school, the work I turn in tends to be a lot different then what the teachers are used to. For my intro to photography class we had to put together a set of final shots. Most people did the normal pictures of flowers or the mountains. I went all out and hired a special effects artist, bought studio lighting and we did an ax murderer photoshoot. We had a neck piece built that looked like my wife's head was getting chopped off and her throat was sticking out. I presented my pictures after some girl did her presentation of flowers. It was hilarious.

This is a fun exercising of changing the status quo, a call to arms to uphold your ideals and be sure your ideals are being upheld.
I appreciate the metaphor of tearing up the rules and guidelines you revolt against; interesting to choose to 'rearrange' suggesting still residing within the parameters of the original system, but obviously well utilized for the rhyme.
Love your reference to 'Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep', and the extended allusion of this to those blindly following or supporting a broken system.
Even better, your deliberate singling out of those who complain or speak up only to never act on change. Yes, a call to action, a call to arms; an ask where too many are shuffling feet or actions under a rug.
