#thealliance is one big happy family, and it is our duty to uphold our standard as quality curators and creators. Keeping that in mind as you read the rest of this, do remember that it is the engagement that makes us great and thrive as a community. Don't know who your family members are? This profile follows only core (the first family) members and it's affiliates, see if you're keen on them. @syndicates (the 3 new families) follows all of our extended family members and supporters, be sure to stop in and see about them. Our strength is only as powerful as the community in its combined efforts to support each other. We're doing awesome, keep the consistency coming! Sunday Chat - 11a.m.
Friendly reminder that every Sunday, we are having 'meetings' and would like people to attend. We will start at roughly 11 a.m. EST this time and go until whenever. The purpose is to familiarize yourself more with your fellow allies and go over any changes or suggestions people may have. We're a family, and want you all to participate in the growth and steady flow of Allied activity and really just get to know each other. If you are in one the Syndicates, ask one of the officers to get you an invite to the main hub.

The Syndicates
Momentum is steady, growth continues, and it's business as usual in the @syndicates. Please be aware for the people that want to join #thealliance, this is where you need to go. Click one of those links up there to join our discord channel to be considered. It is required that you write an application post that entails three things; where you heard about us, why you want to join us and what you believe you can contribute as an ally. What we are built upon is the family unity and ENGAGEMENT that having small unique groups entails. You are still an ally by becoming syndicated, and are still welcome to join the main hub once you have been accepted. We're getting more selective, and if you need help becoming a good quality contributor to the platform, we can assist you there as well.

Just because someone is accepted as a member, does not mean they will forever remain a member. That is solely their choice to maintain their participation with the family. Members' content and engagement are checked periodically by the Quality Control Officers. The Juyo will also check to see the level of support given to your family. Lack thereof are grounds for removal and MOST will be asked about your intentions. Notification will depend on the level of commitment you had shown prior to getting put on the chopping block. If you are or have been removed, feel free to re-apply at any time. All new and re-applying members are subject to the same application process, regardless of your STEEM Power or Reputation, and will be reviewed by the Syndicates' leaders.

This is to highlight particular members of #thealliance that have been putting in the time to support other members and have been consistent in their work and engagement on Steemit. Now it used to be that in this particular curation corner, you would find the 'Lost & Found'. All of those posts that had gotten skimmed right over without a second glance. I know we go through so many posts, it's hard to keep up, but, it is imperative we support **ALL** of our family members. These are posts from people that support you too, so please, let's all make them feel more appreciated as they 'Steem On' with us and @gniksivart presents 'Buried Treasures'. He has reached issue #5 now and is doing a wonderful job digging up liquid gold.
