Hahaha... it was such a big thing back in the 90s and early 2000s. Though most of my female friends were into Sailor Moon and Fushigi Yuugi, I was going crazy over Slam Dunk and Yu yu Hakusho...
I watched HxH, too... It was shown a few years after Yu Yu Hakusho on TV... and we enjoyed comparing the characters. xD I used to collect small cards we could easily buy in front of some public schools. hahaha
Yes... The names used in the dubbed version are still impactful to this day. Hahah
Apir-apir? They're still out there, but the characters imprinted aren't the same as before (tho there are still dbz characters). I also collected many of them way back then even though I was not a fan of any anime yet that time. I even joined apir apir games just to grow my collections way back then (at the end of the day my palms are really sore lol)
Yes... apir-apir... and the HxH card had some numbers on them, so there was a game my cousin taught me using those number... pero nalimot nako unsaon. That was more than 20 years ago. hahaha
Numbers? Aside sa apir apir na mag apir then ang patay or mutaob na apir apir kay ang pilde... yes naa sad tong game na patas-anay mo ug power/number nya ang mas taas kay daog...mao na siya?... Same dugay dugay na tawn last nako duwa apir apir, mga elem days pa ahuhuhuhu, even ang pag reminisce murag makatiguwang lol
I think mao na siya... haha... basta, lingaw pd to... XD
Ahahah... kung tiguwang imong feeling, unsa nlang ko?? XDD
Pero good old days!! <3
Yeahhh good old days...dali ra gud kaayo ang time ahuhuhuhu
