I didn't even watch the video and I can already tell that the title is ridiculous. A 10,000x increase would put the 360th coin on Coinmarketcap to the market cap of Bitcoin itself. Such a thing is effectively impossible without a massive growth in the overall cryptocurrency market, or investing in a coin that is quite literally currently worthless and getting absurdly lucky.
