It has been a while since the HIVE boom happened, not long really, but in the face of all that has happened, a great community was formed and many more people have yet to join in. And one name seems to figure quite prominently among the community posts, a man, who has been making an incredible difference and has been a great support for the growth of the community.
Here at HIVE, and in other networks, he is known as @theycallmedan. But do you really know who this community promoter is?
Who is @theycallmedan?
His name is Dan Hensley, initially he began to be known by his pseudonym in the community of Steemit, from there he managed to start his project known as 3speak, a community for vloggers who prefer to share more visual documentation than written, with the great and incredible advantage of having absolute freedom of expression without fear of being censored by the platform after having invested time and work in developing a material, in addition to the community gives you rewards for posting on it. Without a doubt, one of the best ways to start sharing your content.
A history of self-improvement
However, I have set myself the task of investigating something beyond the life of @theycallmedan, as the great stalker that I am. So finding out there I discovered that Dan Hensley is a complete history of self-improvement, since he fought against obesity and achieved the record of losing 100 pounds in only 4 months applying a method invented by himself.
According to his testimonies, there is an analogy he liked to use known as "The Chinese Bamboo Tree", which is basically a way of seeing how in life some goals or ideas take a long time to even take root, but once they reach the surface of the earth and the sun hits them, they are able to take off on their own with incredible speed. I assume that this perception of their goals was what kept Dan focused on his results. And obviously it paid off, so much so that later Dan began to share his method with the world through an E-Book on Amazon in which he shows how he achieved these results.

If this person was able to have so much focus for this personal purpose, why wouldn't he have the same tenacity for business?
That is why Dan is now very well known in the community and admired by many others, myself included, as he has been a great support for the Venezuelan community since the beginning. He remains very active and attentive to activities that make the community grow, and because of this, many Venezuelans believe that in the future of the community.
Being one of the co-founders of the 3speak platform and one of the main investors in HIVE really shows his commitment to keep the platform growing. It was so much his enthusiasm that a few weeks ago he raffled off 5k HIVE on Twitter, giving away 100 to each person who left their wallet in the commentary, this happened when it was still 0.11 dollars worth, and then by chance the price of the currency started to go up and up.
Lucky those to whom it was transferred, you could say.
The fact that his name is known is something very recent, very recent indeed, that was the opportunity he gave me to know a little more about him.
It is interesting to analyze the history of people like @theycallmedan, since it gives you the opportunity to analyze what methods he applied to achieve part of his success, that without a doubt for anyone who wants to start building his great desired fortune, it is like gold. Personally, I've loved the analogy of the "Chinese bamboo tree", something that I will certainly apply to my own goals in order not to lose my focus.
Why is @theycallmedan causing excitement in the community?
Dan Hensley is a person who is making a big difference. He was the one who pushed the community to promote themselves and the HIVE platform on Twitter, through contests in which he has been very active in voting for them.This added value to the community is what makes him stand out and therefore, like every great investor, he is able to achieve his goal, which is to keep the community growing and growing.
After all, what @theycallmedan wants is for more people to be involved in the blockchain and be rewarded for their content in a decentralized way. Personally, I think he's a great person who works towards building a decentralized system, with a community that brings value to society and can express their ideas or feelings without fear of being censored in any way. In short, @theycallmedan or Dan Hensley is the man of the future.

Ha pasado un tiempo desde que el pum de HIVE sucedió, no mucho realmente, pero ante todas las cosas sucedidas, una gran comunidad se formó y aún falta que muchas más personas se unan. Y un nombre parece figurar bastante entre los post de la comunidad, un hombre, que ha estado haciendo una increíble diferencia y ha significado un gran apoyo para el crecimiento de la comunidad.
Aquí en HIVE, y en otra redes, se le conoce como @theycallmedan. ¿Pero, sabes realmente quien es este promotor de la comunidad?
¿Quién es @theycallmedan?
Su nombre es Dan Hensley, inicialmente comenzó a ser conocido por su seudónimo en la comunidad de Steemit, desde allí logró iniciar su proyecto conocido como 3speak, una comunidad para vloggers que prefieran compartir más documentación visual que escrita, con la gran e increíble ventaja de tener una absoluta libertad de expresión sin miedo a ser censurados por la plataforma luego de haber invertido tiempo y trabajo en elaborar un material, además de que la comunidad te otorga recompensas por postear en ella. Sin duda, una de las mejores formas de iniciar a compartir tu contenido.
Una historia de superación personal
Sin embargo, me he propuesto la tarea de investigar algo más allá sobre la vida de @theycallmedan, como la gran stalker que soy. Así que averiguando por allí descubrí que Dan Hensley es una completa historia de superación, puesto que luchó contra la obesidad y logro el record de perder 45kg en tan solo 4 meses aplicando un método inventado por él mismo.
Según sus testimonios, hay una analogía a la que él le gustaba recurrir conocida como "El árbol de bambú chino", que básicamente es una forma de ver como en la vida algunas metas o ideas tardan mucho en siquiera echar raíces, pero una vez llegan a la superficie de la tierra y el sol les da, son capaces de despegar por sí solas con una velocidad increíble. Asumo que ésta percepción ante sus objetivos fue lo que mantuvo a Dan enfocado en su resultado. Y evidentemente dió frutos, tanto que luego Dan comenzó a compartir su método con el mundo a través de un E-Book en Amazon en el que enseña cómo fue que alcanzó estos resultados.

¿Si ésta persona fue capaz de tener tanto enfoque para este propósito personal, por qué no tendría entonces la misma tenacidad para los negocios?
Es por ello que actualmente, Dan es muy reconocido en la comunidad y admirado por otros tantos, yo incluida, ya que ha sido un gran apoyo para la comunidad venezolana desde los inicios. Se mantiene muy activo y pendiente de actividades que hagan crecer a la comunidad y por ello, muchos venezolanos creemos que en el futuro de la misma.
Siendo uno de los co-fundadores de la plataforma de 3speak y uno de los principales inversores en HIVE se nota realmente su compromiso por el que la plataforma siga creciendo. Fue tanto su entusiasmo que hace unas semanas sorteó 5k HIVE en Twitter, entregando 100 a cada persona que le dejara su billetera en el comentario, esto pasó cuando aún estaba a 0.11 dólares su valor, y luego casualmente el precio de la moneda comenzó a subir y subir.

El hecho de que se conozca su nombre es algo muy reciente, enserio muy reciente, aquello fue la oportunidad que me dió de conocer un poco más de él.
Es interesante analizar la historia de personas como @theycallmedan, ya que te da la oportunidad de analizar que métodos aplicó él para alcanzar parte de su éxito, eso sin duda para todo aquel que quiera comenzar a armar su gran fortuna deseada, es como oro. Personalmente, me ha encantado la analogía del "árbol de bambú chino", algo que sin duda aplicaré a mis propias metas para no perder mi enfoque.
¿Por qué @theycallmedan está causando emoción en la comunidad?
Dan Hensley es una persona que está marcando una gran diferencia. Fué quién impulsó a la comunidad a promocionarse a ellos mismo y a la plataforma de HIVE en Twitter, por medio de concursos en los cuáles el ha estado muy pendiente de votarles. Este valor agregado a la comunidad, es lo que lo hace destacar y por tanto, como todo gran inversor lograr su cometido, el cuál es lograr que la comunidad siga creciendo y creciendo.
Después de todo, lo que @theycallmedan quiere es que más personas se vean involucradas en la blockchain y sean recompensados por sus contenidos de manera descentralizada. Personalmente, creo que es una gran persona que trabaja por lograr construir un sistema descentralizado, con una comunidad que aporte valor a la sociedad y que pueda expresar sus ideas o sentimientos sin temor ser censurados de ninguna forma. En pocas palabras, @theycallmedan o Dan Hensley es el hombre del futuro.
