It is necessary that we become aware of the way we want to live our lives, even if it sounds tautological. For there is no predetermined or exclusive path, in my understanding.
Perhaps there have been reduced experiences of people who have lived in peace and harmony, but in general I believe that it has been an invention of man to believe that something like an Arcadia or Golden Age existed. History and anthropology show us that human beings from very remote times have built relationships of violence and fear among themselves, even in primitive communities, which have been very idealized. This does not mean that we do not demand and activate ourselves for a life of peace and harmony, as far as possible. Greetings, @zentalk.
