Lol! Thanks! Eucalyptus is probably what you are thinking of. I love that stuff! It works wonders! This opens me up even better though! And very quickly! Haha! If I am stopped up (which is often due to allergies), I just put a tiny bit in my mouth and within a minute I sneeze a couple of times and my nose clears right up! Crazy!
Yea that might be it. Lol. But yes menthol it awesome. I used to have drops. And they did wonders. 😀

Ive heard of burning menthol and camphor crystals to cleanse the air but I only use them to add to salves for my father! How did I miss this post!

I love the menthol crystals! I had this nagging itchy throat cough from allergies and remembered I had the menthol. I broke off a piece and chewed it. Within seconds it was gone.
