Anyone who thinks that they can't be identified is sorely mistaken, it is just that not everyone can identify them. Give those who can make the identification a good enough reason, and they will.
Good point. People are putting too much trust on technology and on balanced government, but sooner or later some psycho will be your president and the sky will be the limit for what s/he will want to do with all the data collected during years of hi-tech self-indulgence.
In is happening already, even in countries where technology has not been implemented at the same pace it is being developed.
We should fear AI, but when was the last time humans listen to cautionary tales?
