in this body
the self
within the mind
it feels
it is
and yet
when exmained
deeply
there is nothing
within a mind
it is only
the experience
of everything
the self
is gone
and with it
a relief
a lack of suffering
a wonder
at all that there is
believing the lies
for so long
they wash away
like dust in wind
or oil in rain
and I am now
free
