My bad, I got the usernames confused. That fresh comment up top was $13, on a post that's 24 days old now. Normally when that happens its because people are farming rewards in a place they think nobody will see it happen. I'm not punishing him, I just don't think it should be rewarded as much as it was.
The main point was that you're claiming censorship by 3speak, which is clearly provably false.
Well first of all I'm not in control of the value of 3Speak upvotes, I set it to $4, I got a choice of 1, 2, 3, and 4. If you clicked on the $13 you would have seen that only 4 is for curator and the rest for author. And the author share is already paid out a week after the video was published, so this is merely a mirror entry in the system and at the end the guy got his reward halved now to $2.96 as what I see. Also his other comment got the entire reward ripped off and the comment hidden since you alerted some of your followers to attack him with your comment....! Don't see this serves the platform any good. I was hoping he would join us here.
As for the ban, when I complained I was banned for a full week from even accessing the videos and a number of my videos deleted from the platform.

Though as I explained I did use the NSFW button but it didn't work when the video was published and they could have simply added it like what all other platforms do instead of this ban.
I am here to try to defend my family back home and my country, the total amount I made from my 1,386 posts and 1,475 comments on Steemit so far since September 2017 barely covered 3 months of my work on this cause online. The rest I pay from my pocket. We're not here to abuse any system.
I haven't even seen the creator dashboard for 3speak, I'm not a video creator or involved in 3speak at all. I'm just a steem stakeholder that doesn't want the currency being handed out in large amounts for low effort comments.
I never called for anyone to "attack", I'm simply balancing out excessive rewards for a low value comment - if other people come along and still think it's overvalued that's out of my control.
As for being temporarily suspended for not using a nsfw tag, that seems fair enough considering the type of content you post. I wasn't aware, and haven't been following you I was just pointing out that right now all of your videos and profile is viewable on 3speak, and the censorship note isn't accurate anymore.
It's a heavy handed way to deal with the issue, but I get why 3speak don't want untagged nsfw content on their homepage.
A key difference between steem and "all those other platforms" is that other apps cannot edit YOUR content to change the tags by force. You could edit the post yourself to add the tag at any time though (it still isn't)
