I prefer following creators because of my low SP. I tried this and not very long, my upvoting power is exhausted. It is also more convenient like that because I can follow people that I support and support me. Well, I still follow creators even if they don't support me, because their contents are great and I learn from them.
Great to know that. I think they should at least support you sometimes. I usually check all those who are upvoting me and look at their accounts, no matter how big or small they are. In case they create quality content, I support them a well. But, I think comments bring more attention than upvotes. That's why when I understand that someone watched my video and commented it, I like to check his profile as well. I'm now using a bit of automation, but not all. By, the way you can also set the threshold, for example if you make it 95%, the account will not upvote if you have less voting power. That will save your power.
Manual curation allows people to adjust how much percentage to upvote. It also means that if I upvote your content you KNOW that it is genuine "proof of brain" value. It's a connection.
It's good to know that my internet activity here in Adelaide, South Australia can impact the life of someone in Russia in a positive way too. :D
I do get auto votes from some trails but they often have very little SP and I begin to think that they aren't real people. I think human connection is important, don't you think?
Yeah, but in the video I said about using the automation in case you are in vocation. I'm manually curating for almost 2 years and half and sometimes we need to take a break. Manual curation consume a lot of time.
@clixmoney, I agree with your point about Trails because Automatic Upvotes are better because we can give upvotes after analysing content behaviour personally but Trails are uncontrollable aspect when we think through Individual Point Of View. Stay blessed.

You have to take some visualization time in the publications of the steem blockchain to know where we will give our vote, what we like, what we see that it helps and who we will support according to its content and comment if desired.
Adding someone on the auto upvote is good idea, but it don't seem to work all the time. I added someone in my FanBase for them to get the upvote, but don't seem to work. So I wanted to ask, does that auto-upvote goes to the post or even the comments made by the person added to the FanBase. To check with this I added you (i.e. @clixmoney) to my auto upvote list. I want to see how it works. Curation trial, makes me think for a while. I mean we don't have control over the upvote, we just follow the trail so I guess, trust factor is very important here. Thank for the video @clixmoney
It should work when you add someone in fanbase, you just have to have enough steem power to make it work all the time. If your steem power is low, you have to make bigger % to vote, lower one will not vote. There are also other automation tools I found out recently, you can try them : @smartsteem and https://steemrewarding.com. I'm testing now all of them including @steemauto and I will choose later the best for me.
