If the coalition of US over Syria and Iraq seem legitimate and valid I'm sure they'll be monitoring activities and there was no way they won't spot the plethora of those moving vehicle really, what if this is just some sort of ploy it gimmick

Well sadly this was no joke, these terrorists attacked SAA forces who were protecting 120,000 citizens in the city of Deir Ezzur and the US coalition bombed the SAA post there for over 50 minutes killing 84 Syrian officers and soldiers. The Pentagon later issues an apology saying it was a mistake, but only after the ISIS terrorists took over the post, temporarily until SAA reinforcements came.
