Ironically my first instinct was to downvote you. Luckily I don't succumb to my worst instincts. I just like to keep it topical.

Lol, people often do resort to downvotes for things like that. That Wolfy one did, made me giggle.
Just wait till they're free though, awesomes! ;0D
If you think I refrained because of the cost, you have truly missed the point. But have fun with your free downvotes. I'm sure they will go well with your philosophy on free (for who I agree with) speech.

So serious.
My response was quite flippant as was quite obvious I thought.
The last line in particular was a jokey reference to a topic we all chatted about in telegram.
From this you presume that I have philosophy of downvoting those I don't agree with?

This is serious, UK law is a horrible basis for forming a platform that claims to support free speech. I want this to succeed as much as you do.
Hey, what you do with your free unlimited downvotes is your business! I only have context. ;-)
Can we climb out of this rathole now? Lol

Your elite status certainly entitles you to drop into a thread and ask an irrelevant question.... Well, I thought it was ironic, because I was advocating free speech, and the first thing that popped into my lizard brain was denying someone else theirs. That's pretty antithetical to free speech wouldn't you say? Thanks for adding so much value to the conversation. Drop back in any time sir/ma'am.
