Many of the Tribe based tokens are being burned in order to increase their value. At least that is the theory as rarity of a token could make it more valuable, if there is a demand.

The simple task of SCOT-based Tribes listing their DAPPS (Decentralized Applications) on State of the DApps would help their community and the reputation of the blockchain as a whole. As I perceived you were trying to get across in your video... promote the content and the DAPP!
There is a great deal of STEEM and SBD Coin on various exchanges external of the blockchain being speculated on. Anyone including J. P. Morgan, FacebookTM, and Alphabet, Inc. (GoogleTM, YouTubeTM). The activity on these external exchanges (e.g., Bittrex; Poloniex, which is owned by Goldman Sachs-backed payments company Circle; Binance; Changelly, etc.) has a big effect on STEEM price, but of course you probably already know this (I have a bad habit of stating the obvious. I am not trying to be condescending as I barely know what I am talking about most times. Then again; someone who does not know these things might be reading this comment). Not much can be done about that situation. Anyone can buy and trade STEEM or SBD Coins.

Which will be better, SMT or the existing SCOT based Tribes? Will they co-exist happily? Will we all work together to come up with a marketing strategy? Like most things regarding STEEM, the foregoing questions are way above my paygrade. Just my thoughts. Just because I share them does not mean that I think I know everything. Even I am not that crazy!

Here is an idea for one of your next VLOGs on @3speak regarding SCOT and DAPPs (you are a much better speaker than me and of more well known). STEEM loyalists probably won't like this one and it is not an original idea. It is already happening with the likes of @steemmonsters aka #splinterlands (use STEEM and TRON), @dtube (use STEEM and Avalon), and @drugwars (use STEEM and DWD, used to have Future coin I think, well whatever), @spl (SCORUM and STEEM) why not to existing successful DAPPS that are not already here and why limit it to DAPPs how about targeting Apps/Websites? @rt-international (Ruptly), @lukewearechange, @coingecko are already here! There is no doubt that the creators of #steem-engine and SCOT have under @steemit to get the SMT (Smart Media Token) thing going with the introduction of the SCOT DAPPs and the introduction of the #steem-engine SCOT internal exchange on the STEEM Blockchain.
