Hi @themarkymark I managed to see the crypto talk you did with @exyle, great interview, i always thought you was a rich mad man lol but now i've heard your voice you dont sound so bad actually sound like your doing what you can to progress steemit. What you do is very good for steemit and the community but very hard and stressful i would believe, so good on you.
Even though along my journey i may have been blacklisted for bot abuse possibly :P but i understand what your trying to do.
Im wondering since you do internet security do you know any good videos about keeping safe online as my skills are pants to say the least.

Kevin is really famous. Checkout the movie Takedown. He was in jail for a long time and there was a campaign by hackers to get him released. Fascinating story. He has a few good books out I highly recommend reading.

Really...need more people to write, or make videos, about stuff that's not about Steem.
Cool show, nice to hear the update on the Haejin saga. The fewer leaches the steem ecosystem has the greater the chance of success.
Might be an idea to add an index/content so listeners can find the bits they are interested in.
In regards to HF21. It seems very positive so far, suddenly curating seems worth while again and the free flags look to be doing their job.
Hopefully these iteration will improve new user onboarding and retention.
I promoted steem to others when I first joined, but like you, their experience was so bad, I was embarrassed to suggest it to many others after that. But there seems to be hope again...

Hello Mark that's a long one here I'm definitely still watching and listening to you. I think the curve might have affected vote on comments but well what I do is add the vote I was supposed to give on a person's comments to their posts to and tell them of it. And suprisingly we haven't seen a reduction in engagement as predicted really and we'd take the changes no matter how it's slashed one's vote value, it's having more effect on abusers.
Especially those farming
