Recently Hillary Clinton said on a podcast that she believed that Tulsi Gabbard was a Russian agent that would work as a kompromat on Trump and was backed by Russia to generate a third-party bid. I go into this as well as some other things in this video.

This should actually boost Tulsi's campaign. Hillary is such a horrifically unpopular and loathsome character, that the attack will likely backfire. It will raise Tulsi's profile at get more people searching her name, whilst invoking a sentiment that "if Hillary doesn't like her, she must be doing something right."
I agree with @cattledog , any time someone scares or annoyed the Clintons it makes them more appealing. It was best part of debate tulsi blasting Cnn to their face.
I saw Tulsi Gabbard's tweet after the accusations by Hillary doesn't suggest she's worried of the claims really however Hillary suggesting that she's got Russian support bots and all shows resentment and bitterness really. But well nothing is false until proven so I'm my opinion.
I don't think Hillary should have said that to Tulsi before she could prove it concretely. It has become a tradition in the political world to bring down political opponents. But all the final decisions are with the American people.
Hillary is the worst, but i'm not sure about Tulsi either...
