Veronica Persica and Cercopidae - ThursdayGreen

in #thursdaygreen6 years ago

Green is not the color of the main motifs, but still the dominant color on my photos today.

Grün ist zwar nicht die Farbe der Hauptmotive, aber trotzdem die dominante Farbe auf meinen heutigen Fotos.

I promised @barber78 today that I would take my macro lens with me on my next walk, and then photograph this little blue flower that he posted today (The 'birdeye speedwell' wild flower...).

wauw, that's quite a difference . Are these the same flowers? I know they are of the same family but look darker. Amazing quality! :-)

Thank you so much @barber78 :)

Yes, I think, they must be the same flowers. There were some in a lighter blue color too, but I photographed the dark blue ones for the contrast to the green background.

it certainly worked out well, a masterpiece!

You had the idea, and I tried - thank you :)

My Dear friend @Johannpiber! These macro shots deserve the very best words that can be addressed to gorgeous photos. But, now, after five hours I spent on the bus, nothing interesting is born in my brain)) I feel that he will soon press the button - Stop and I will fall asleep) Good night to you, my friend!

Good morning, my friend @barski :)
five hours on a bus - I would have died, because I hate going by bus. It's so boring, and you cannot stop whenever you want ;)

Thank you very much @solominer and @helpiecake 😊
This is the first time I have heard about this manual curation @helpiecake, and this cake looks sweet and tasty 😉

@johannpiber no problem, you always have quality photography so had to share it with others. @helpie is a group of steem users that "bake" helpie cakes by curating good content. Helpie has been around a long time but recently changed it so its members can curate with @helpiecake to find good content.

Hello @solominer 😊

Thank you that you like the color of the little flowers, and that you have noticed the photo in the middle is kind of a bonus - I needed to put something different between the flower photos 😉

Beautiful photos! Veronica is one of my favorite flowers, so tiny but huge beauty.

Thank you @biti :)
I did not know this flower's name, until @barber78 has posted it today :)

Really interesting, thanks for sharing such a great post.

Thank you so much, @princelouise, it's always a pleasure for me to post my images and get nice comments in return 😊

Beautiful blue colour! Very tiny delicate flowers! Would love to see them grow as big as a rose!

They are very small and delicate, as you say, @kaminchan, but I admit, that they would look beautiful, if they were big as roses :)
Thank you so much, and have a nice weekend 😊

Green may be the dominant color but it brings out the colors in the subjects so nicely

I had two tasks to resolve: Photograph these little blue flowers, and have as much green in the photos as possible, for green Thursday, because I have thought of this challenge this time :)

Thanks a lot for liking the photos 😊

you achieved both tasks so well I love those shots ;)

Thank you so much, JJ :)

MOSt welcome my Friend, I guess your weekend has started :)

Howdy sir johannpiber! oh, so now you are starting to be a professional and taking different lenses with you? That sounds like a lot of work sir johann. Wow you know what? That first photo looks like a 3D photo, it pops out so well, that's a great one!

Hello @janton,

give me the money, and I buy more lenses ;)

For my EOS R I have these three lenses:

  • 24-105 mm
  • 70-200 mm
  • 105 mm macro lens
  • 50 mm prime

I would need a wide angle lens and a better telephoto lens, then I would be satisfied for a while ;)

Thanks for liking my photos - the first one came out good, I like the contrasts blue-green / sharp-blurred.

I like that first one too sir johannpiber...that 70-200mm is a large one right? some of those that I see people with are about a foot long.

My 70-200mm (f/4) lens is about 8.5 inches long and quite heavy, but I like it a lot.
For wildlife photography, photographing small birds and so, I would like to have a 400mm lens, but I cannot afford it yet - maybe in a few months I will have saved enough ;)

sir johannpiber, did you get in agreement with the Missus about the expensive lense or do you guys have your own money and each one spends like they want? I bet the 400 is almost a foot long then!

No, these lenses are not so long anymore, @janton ;)

My wife earns her own money, as well as I do. I pay for our apartment, for private insurances, for electricity, heating and most of the food ... I pay for most of our living, for our family van, and for my son's motorbike and for my own motorbike. My Missus has her own car, and she pays for it herself.

holy moly..so unless your wife has a very expensive car ...she gets to keep most of her money. I bet she's loaded! lol.
