I would not do it, but I guess that depends on our goals here.
I like to read and upvote my chosen posts and people, but if you do not have time now, you can delegate and then when you are ready to continue building your following, take back your SP and start upvoting manually again. I know you can't have the cake and eat it too, you can't use the curation bot and build here at the same time... I think :-)
