For the ingredients:
1 kilos chicken
1 can evaporated milk/fresh milk
1 can pineapple juice
100 grams pineapple slices
2 pc medium potatoes
1 cloves garlic, crushed
1 whole onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
50 grams cheese
Procedure:
- Combine chicken, pineapple juice,cheese. 2.Marinate for 4 hours or overnight
3 . Saute onion and garlic add the chicken simmer for 5 minutes, cover. Separate the marinate. - Add the chicken marinate and let it boil for 10 minutes
- Add evaporated milk and potatoes. Let it boil for 20-30 minutes or until potatoes is cooked.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Add pineapple slices.
