Most oftenly i hear from people around me "I don't have time" whenever anyone asks them to join him for jogging for some sports or for gym or for any kind of invitation. We have 24 hours a day, out of which we work for 8 hours, sleep for 6 hours and rest 10 hours are there for us to do a lot but the problem lies in poor management of time by most of us. We must take out some time out of time available to us to make our life joyous & cheerful as time doesn't wait for anyone. It passes without even giving you an early warning. So never say that you don't have time, you have time but you need to give importance to this time, to yourself. You need to set your priorities because "you have time"
