Hey everyone!
Some of you might remember my post with the idea to create a Reddit tip bot that tips in Steem and SBD.
In short, users will be able to tip Steem with their Reddit accounts across all subreddits through comments. These Steem/SBD will be reserved on an account here which checks your balance you've sent to it and how much you've tipped on Reddit. The receiving users will get a code to their Private Messages with which they can claim their tip once they've created a Steem account. The unclaimed Steem will be released again after a certain time has passed.
Since I didn't find a dev willing to help me out with this bot, I decided that I will instead use the @utopian service for it.
I went ahead and created the Reddit account and am aware of the restrictions Reddit accounts have if they got no comment karma and are new, so this post is mainly to ask you for help voting it up with your accounts so its comment karma grows past the limitations so the tipbot can comment and message without restrictions.
Please go here and vote up all the comments of the tipbot you can find, but do it through the post cause through the profile page it won't count. Thanks

By the way, @acidyo, did you ever find some mods to help with the Steemit subreddit? I sent you a message about helping out if you needed it on the chat, but obviously you're up to your neck in spam so I'm guessing you never saw it.

I might have missed it but turns out I don't have the permissions to include more moderators to the subreddit, we might have to figure out another way with flairs instead, etc. Will get back to you with it once I've started getting into it more! Thanks!
Ah, damn. Well, just keep me updated and let me know, bud! I know a decent amount of CSS where I can do banners, flair, etc. (check out /r/TheMHI for an example) I'd be more than happy to help out on there if I can in the future :)

That's a pretty nice idea, I'm sure anyone who has found themselves here also found themselves in many subreddits before finally becoming steemian.
This is quite a novel idea for generating more interest in steemit/steem, I dig it. Unfortunately I don't use reddit so I can't help with the comment karma situation.
